SE Booking Pro supports multiple guest bookings for services that require more than one attendee.

Useful for:

• Sports bookings
• Court bookings
• Group sessions
• Classes
• Activities
• Team bookings

How to enable multiple guest booking:

1. Go to SE Booking Pro > Services
2. Create or edit a service
3. Enable guest requirements for the service
4. Set the minimum number of guests
5. Set the maximum number of guests
6. Save the service

Front-end behavior:

When a customer selects a service that requires guests, the booking wizard displays a Guest Details step.

Customers can enter:

• Number of guests
• Guest name
• Guest email
• Guest phone

Admin behavior:

Guest details are saved with the booking and can be reviewed by administrators.

Scanner behavior:

When staff scan or look up a booking, guest details can be viewed directly in the scanner result screen.
