Use special pricing for:

• Event days
• Holidays
• Weekend pricing
• Discount days
• Seasonal pricing
• Promotional pricing

Go to:

SE Booking Pro > Special Pricing

Step 1: Choose scope

Choose whether the pricing rule applies to:

– All services
– One specific service

Step 2: Select date

Choose the date when special pricing should apply.

Step 3: Choose adjustment type

Available pricing actions:

Override Total

Replaces the calculated booking total with a fixed amount.

Example:

Normal total: £50
Override total: £35
Final total: £35

Add Amount

Adds an amount to the calculated total.

Example:

Normal total: £50
Add amount: £10
Final total: £60

Multiply Total

Multiplies the calculated total.

Example:

Normal total: £50
Multiplier: 1.5
Final total: £75

Step 4: Enter value

Add the pricing value.

Step 5: Add note

Holiday surcharge

Step 6: Enable rule

Keep the rule enabled if it should apply.

Step 7: Save pricing rule
