General settings control global behavior for SE Booking Pro.

Go to:

SE Booking Pro > Settings

Configure the following options:

Timezone

Select the timezone used for booking windows, pending locks, reminders, and booking display.

Example:

Europe/London

Important:

Use the correct business timezone because availability and booking times are calculated using this value.

Pending Lock Duration

This controls how long a pending booking slot remains reserved while the customer completes payment.

Example:

15 minutes

If a customer starts checkout but does not complete payment, the booking remains temporarily locked. After the lock expires, the slot can become available again.

Rate Limit Per Minute

This controls the maximum number of public booking requests allowed per minute.

Example:

15

This helps protect the booking flow from abuse or repeated requests.

Delete Data On Uninstall

If enabled, plugin tables and options may be deleted when the plugin is uninstalled.

Recommended:

Keep this disabled on live sites. Enable it only when testing or fully removing plugin data.
