SE Booking Pro supports guest bookings.

This means customers do not need to create a WordPress account before booking.

Guest customer flow:

1. Open the booking page
2. Select location
3. Select service
4. Select staff
5. Select date and time
6. Enter customer details
7. Enter player details if required
8. Confirm booking
9. Complete payment or choose pay at location

Guest customer data may include:

• Name
• Email
• Phone
• Notes
• Booking history

Important:

Make sure the customer email is correct because confirmation emails are sent to that address.
