Pay At Location allows customers to reserve a booking online and pay later at the business location.

Enable Pay At Location:

Go to:

SE Booking Pro > Payments

Enable:

Pay At Location

Save settings.

Customer flow:

1. Customer completes booking steps
2. Customer selects Pay At Location
3. Booking is created
4. Payment method is saved as pay at location
5. Payment status remains pending
6. Customer receives confirmation if emails are enabled

Admin or staff can later mark the booking as paid or failed.

Use Pay At Location for:

• Cash payments
• Card machine payments
• In-person payments
• Manual offline payment workflows
